Equicapita has announced the sale of Canadian Dental Labs (CDL), marking an important milestone for Equicapita and the broader Omnigence platform.
Since its first partnership in 2018, CDL has grown into a national dental laboratory platform serving more than 4,500 dental professionals across Canada. Through integration, operational improvement and long-term execution, CDL was built into Canada’s leading premium dental laboratory platform.
The transaction reflects the efforts of CDL’s leadership, employees, lab partners, clients, suppliers and everyone who contributed to building the business. It also demonstrates the operational consolidation model that continues to guide Omnigence and Arvore’s approach to lower middle-market businesses.
