Equicapita has announced the sale of Canadian Dental Labs (CDL), marking an important milestone for Equicapita and the broader Omnigence platform.
Since its first regional laboratory partnership in 2018, CDL has grown into Canada’s leading premium dental laboratory platform, serving more than 4,500 dental professionals nationwide. Its growth was driven by strategic integration, operational improvements and long-term execution.
The transaction reflects the work of CDL’s leadership, employees, laboratory partners, clients and suppliers. It also demonstrates the operational consolidation strategy that guides Omnigence and Arvore’s approach to building lower middle-market businesses.
