Veripath Farmland Partners is pleased to announce that it has launched its Land-Unit Swap program for Canadian farmers. The exchange program allows farmers to transfer their land to Veripath on a tax deferred basis and receive the value in units in the partnership.

The program is simple and very flexible and can be structured as 100% units or cash and units depending on requirements. The idea behind the Veripath Land-Unit Swap program is to help Canadian farmers make more efficient estate and succession planning decisions. Combined with the Veripath Lease Financing Program farmers who want to continue to farm the land can do so.
