As of Q1 2026, the Veripath management team oversaw approximately $535 million in assets across 141,000 acres of farmland, spanning multiple regions, operators, and crop types throughout Western Canada.
During the quarter, the portfolio maintained its focus on long-term capital preservation and inflation-sensitive returns through ownership of productive agricultural land. Rental rates continued to strengthen across the portfolio, while leverage remained stable or declined compared to the prior year, reflecting a disciplined approach to portfolio management. Assets under management also increased across the fund structures year-over-year.
Fund performance remained consistent through Q1 2026. Since inception, annualized returns across the various series have ranged from approximately 9% to 11%, while one-year annualized returns remained above 10% across the reported series.
Supporting this approach is Veripath's technology-driven investment process, which incorporates satellite imagery, artificial intelligence tools, and proprietary analytics to evaluate, monitor, and manage farmland investments. The strategy remains focused on acquiring and managing high-quality farmland assets while seeking to generate long-term value for investors.View Full Report
