Veripath Farmland Partners’ Q2 2026 Fund Fact Sheet provides an update on its diversified Canadian farmland portfolios. As of July 29, 2026, the Veripath team managed approximately $565 million in farmland assets across 132,000 acres.
During the quarter, assets under management increased year over year across Fund R, Fund UR and Fund II. Rental income per cultivated acre also rose across all three portfolios, increasing 8% for Fund R, 15% for Fund UR and 3% for Fund II. Leverage remained stable, with loan-to-value ratios ranging from 14% to 33%.
Veripath’s strategy focuses on owning a geographically diversified portfolio of Canadian farmland while generating rental income through third-party operators. Its investment process is supported by satellite data, artificial intelligence and factor-based portfolio screening tools designed to evaluate, monitor and manage farmland assets.
