Kerri has over 18 years of experience in public accounting and private equity, having collaborated with a diverse range of businesses and business owners across multiple industries. Before transitioning to private equity in 2015, she spent eight years at BDO Canada, where she specialized in auditing complex engagements for both public and private entities in sectors including manufacturing, fabrication, distribution, energy, communications, and technology. Kerri is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA 2010) and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, both from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
