Manoj brings over 25 years of extensive management and executive experience in the automotive, rail, and defense industries, both in North America and internationally. His career spans key leadership roles, including managing Tier 1 automotive supply businesses in Canada, the U.S., and Europe with JCI.
Manoj played a pivotal role in strategic operations and business growth during his tenure at Electro-Motive Diesel/Caterpillar, where he served as VP Global Operations. In this capacity, he oversaw OEM rail operations, driving significant accomplishments such as establishing locomotive business units across Canada, the U.S., Europe, Brazil, Mexico, India, and South Africa.
In the defense sector, Manoj served as President & CEO of FPH Group, where he directed the company’s overall strategy, growth, and operations in domestic and international markets. His leadership focused on delivering system-level solutions for ground-based vehicle platforms, contributing to the company’s success and positioning it for long-term growth.
Manoj’s academic credentials include an Honors degree in Physics specializing in theoretical and applied nuclear applications from McMaster University, an Executive MBA from the University of Birmingham (UK), and certifications in leadership, Agile program management (University of Western Ontario), and Six Sigma Black Belt (JCILI).
