Investment & Legal Administration Manager
Nicole has over 18 years of experience in finance, private equity and legal administration. At Omnigence, she plays a key role in supporting the board of directors by maintaining corporate governance across all entities, including compliance and entity management. Her expertise ensures that all governance practices align with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
Before joining the company, Nicole worked as a legal assistant in the corporate practice group at a prominent Canadian law firm in Calgary. Her legal administration background equips her with a strong foundation in corporate governance and compliance.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and a Legal Assistant Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).
