A finance leader with deep expertise in data transformation, Corporate Performance Management (CPM) system selection and ERP implementation, Zsolt serves as VP Finance at Evora Equity, a Western Canadian private equity firm focused on acquiring and growing businesses in the healthcare industry. In this role, he oversees finance and accounting across Evora's portfolio companies, partnering closely with management teams to strengthen financial reporting, controls and decision-making capacity. Zsolt has led several CPM system selection processes and directed multiple ERP migrations, reflecting his broader passion for guiding organizations through enterprise-wide data transformation and building the systems that support long-term growth.

Zsolt began his career in 2000 at Scotiabank, where he spent over a decade in progressively senior banking roles supporting small business, professional and private banking clients. In 2012, he joined Roynat Capital as Associate Director, structuring creative financing solutions for private companies across Western Canada. He went on to hold progressively senior finance leadership roles before joining Evora Equity, drawing on this corporate finance, credit and M&A background to support Evora's acquisition and portfolio management activities. Zsolt is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), having received his designation in September 2021, and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lakehead University.
