A customer/people-oriented, hands-on professional that builds high performing teams and manages direct reports by coaching and training, migrating their operation to rely on systems, tools, processes, and teams vs. individuals. Led consolidation of facilities, greenfield projects, due-diligence, closing and integration of add-on acquisitions. Ali has a Masters, Manufacturing Management from McGill University and a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
